Payments
Our secure shopping cart will direct you to PayPal where you can use your Credit or Debit card to pay for your order. You can also use your PayPal Account should you wish. This service is as secure as any online facility of this type, so pretty damn safe really.

Stock
Everything you see on the website is in stock. We keep the site updated with all our inventory on a daily basis. So if you order something be assured that you are guaranteed to get it, if we don't have something we can usually get it in stock pretty quickly, so give us a shout if you have any specific requirements and we will do our best to help. Bear in mind though that specific colours can often be in short supply as everything is hand made fin wise. Best to email us if you are after a special colour Fin for that special board and we will see what we can do.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days (with all packaging) for a full refund or exchange. Used product (unless defective) cannot be exchanged, sorry folks. Call or email us to get the returns form. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Questions/Advice
If you are unsure about a Fin or other product then by all means drop us a line and we will try to help. No question too trivial for us, we aim for you to get the best out of your surfing, your time is precious in the water. Green Credentials
As the saying goes 'it's not easy being green' but we do our level best by using recycled packaging and as little paper as possible. We believe that using the Post Office rather than a courier company our CO2 miles are greatly reduced, as basically the Postie does his round whatever the weather rather than a dedicated trip to you alone. We know most surf products aren't the greenest but by using the best you should get years of use from them. So please re-use any packaging we send you and 'keep it tidy'!
